Terms of Service

Gamba ("Gamba", "we", "us"), operated by Stunning, provides a free, virtual trading-card-game prediction game at gamba.stunning.gg (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using Gamba, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

Gamba is for entertainment only. All coins, bets, items, and balances are virtual, in-game currency with no real-world or monetary value. Virtual currency and items:

• cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or cashed out for real money or anything of value;
• cannot be bought with real money for the purpose of wagering, and are not transferable between accounts except where a feature expressly allows it;
• are licensed to you, not owned by you, and may be adjusted, reset, or removed at our discretion.

Gamba does not offer real-money gambling and is not a gambling service.

Predictions, odds, engine outputs, "Gamba" commentary, and any market data shown in the Service are for entertainment and informational purposes only. They are notfinancial, investment, or trading advice, and should not be relied upon to buy, sell, or value any real card or asset. You are solely responsible for any real-world decisions you make.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use. You may have one account unless we agree otherwise. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to: cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, scripts, or automation to gain an unfair advantage; manipulate markets, leaderboards, or rewards; access the Service through unauthorized means; reverse engineer or disrupt the Service; harass other users; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and the Gamba character and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Card names, set names, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners; Gamba is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by them. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

The Service relies on third parties (including Google Firebase, Google Sign-In, and Cloudflare). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any data or prediction is accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gamba and Stunning will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or virtual items, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Because Gamba is free and uses no real-money currency, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of any amount you paid us in the past twelve months or USD $0.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
