Privacy Policy

Gamba ("Gamba", "we", "us", or "our") is a free, virtual trading-card-game prediction game operated by Stunning. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use gamba.stunning.gg (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. Gamba uses only virtual, in-game currency and does not involve real-money wagering.

Account information.When you create an account we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your Google account's email, display name, and profile photo. Authentication is handled by Google Firebase Authentication; we receive a unique user identifier (UID) for your account.

Gameplay data. Information generated as you play — your virtual coin balance, bets and predictions, inventory, streaks, quests, leaderboard standing, and similar in-game state.

Technical & usage data. Standard information your browser/device sends, such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed, used to operate and secure the Service.

Local storage & cookies. We use browser local storage and cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and (for guests) hold temporary game state on your device.

To provide and operate the Service, create and secure your account, save your progress, run leaderboards and gameplay features, communicate with you about the Service, prevent abuse and fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with service providers that help us run Gamba, and only as needed:

• Google Firebase — authentication and data storage.
• Google — "Sign in with Google" (if you choose it).
• Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and security.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the Service.

We keep your account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize associated personal data, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details below. You can sign out at any time, and you may request account deletion.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (including encrypted connections and managed authentication) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. By using the Service, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in those countries.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be made apparent within the Service.
